little brother
my mom and her boyfriend always fought so they decided to finally go their seperate ways, taking my two brothers away too. jordan and jeremy are my two little boogers who always keep me on my toes, get me happy, sad, angry, and everything little siblings do to you. not so long ago i got a text from my mom saying that jordans going to move to sacremento tonight with his dad for good and jeremy's staying with her. while im here in south carolina, my little brother jordan is packing his clothes, toys, belongings, everything onto the van that is taking him to sacremento in a couple of hours. i never really thought our good-bye would consist of me being across the states in a small town of anderson, south carolina and through the phone of us talking about turtles. im not gonna lie, hes been the greatest trouble maker i have ever met in my life, but the greatest little munchkin as well. he's my little protector with guys ive been with, always giving them a hard time, ruining their surprises for me, and always keeping an eye on them. i never really appreciated him for the things he's done for me and now im filled with regret on how i treated him. i always yelled at him, cussed at him when i was mad, accused him of things, and now im only going to see him once a year. many people call him a trouble maker and all sorts of negative names, but he's a sweetheart, a caring little brother, a little angel of mine. i guess on the bright side jeremy's still with me, but its gonna be really different still. the house is going to be a lot more quiet, no more running and yelling, no more screaming at him to stop putting jeremy into a head lock, no more answering the door to his little friends asking him to come out to play, and no more giving him wedgies. he's not gone forever, thats a no brainer, but its just the fact that life isn't fair to him. he doesn't understand why he has to be seperated from his family, and jeremy doesn't understand why his brother is not gonna be home anymore. sigh overall, think how you treat your little siblings next time, cause you're gonnna probably regret it later on.
